Jonathan R. Klee founded Klee & Woolf, LLP with Andrew Woolf in January of 2000 and has been in practice since 1993. As managing partner of Klee & Woolf, LLP, Jonathan has represented thousands of workers in hearings before the New York State Workers Compensation Board, the Local 3 Joint Industry Board of the Electrical Industry Alternative Dispute Resolution Program and the Social Security Administration. He has lectured to many groups about obtaining benefits under the New York State Workers' Compensation system. A graduate of Oceanside High School, he received his BA from George Washington University in 1990 where he was elected and served as a Senator and then Executive Vice President of the student association. He obtained his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1993 and is currently a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars as well as the Nassau County Bar Association, Injured Workers Bar Association and Workers' Compensation Alliance.
In addition to his role at Klee & Woolf, LLP, Jonathan is the Long Island representative on the USTA Eastern Adult League Tennis Grievance Committee where he has served as Chair since 2008. He also previously served on the USTA National Adult League Committee.

Born and raised in Middletown, NY, Andrew attended Boston University from 1981 to 1985 where he received a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Mathematics. Andrew received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989 and is presently admitted to the Bar in New York, Florida, and New Jersey.
He is currently a member of the Injured Workers' Bar Association and WILG.
Wayne, a partner at Klee & Woolf, LLP and a graduate of Oceanside High School, in 1987, obtained his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1991. He received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted to the NYS Bar in 1995. Wayne is presently a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the Injured Worker's Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm in 2002, he devoted his practice to Labor and Employment law representing various Unions in contract grievances in private arbitration as well as employee complaints to the State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He has also negotiated numerous Collective Bargaining Agreements on behalf of Management. Since joining the firm, Wayne has represented our clients at both the New York State Workers' Compensation Board, Social Security Administration and Joint industry Board of the Electrical Industry Alternative Dispute Resolution program.
Davin Goldman is a Suffolk county native and Longwood High School alumnus who obtained his BA in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. While in law school, Davin was Editor-in-Chief of the Hofstra Conscience and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Public Justice Foundation and LALSA (Latin American Law Students Association). Davin has been an associate at Klee & Woolf, LLP since being admitted to the Bar in 2004.
Andrea graduated magna cum laude from St. John's University in 2003 and received her Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Criminal Justice. While at St. John's University, Andrea was a member of the College of Professional Studies Honor Society and a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society.
Andrea received her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2006. While at Touro, Andrea co-founded the Journal of Race, Gender, and Ethnicity and was elected as managing editor of the Journal. Andrea was the Vice President of LALSA (Latin American Law Students Association) and was the Student Director of the LEAP (Legal Education Access Program) during her last year at Touro Law Center. Andrea is currently a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association. Andrea joined the firm out of law school in 2006 and is fluent in Spanish.
Gary Levine has been an associate with Klee & Woolf since 2009. After graduating from Lawrence Woodmere Academy high school, Gary completed his undergraduate degree at Queens College, City University of New York where he graduated as a member of the Phi Alpha Theta history honors society. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law, graduated cum laude, and was sworn into the New York State Bar in January 2008. Gary is presently a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
Prior to joining Klee & Woolf, LLP, Gary worked on the defense side of the table representing insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims. In 2010, Gary joined Klee & Woolf, LLP where he now represents injured workers. He handles all aspects of Workers' Compensation cases, including hearings, trials, depositions, and settlements. Gary is also involved in the practice areas of Social Security Disability where he has written hundreds of hearing summaries and previously practiced Wills Trusts & Estates.
