Sarah L. Baia

Sarah received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from SUNY New Paltz in 2005. She earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2008. While attending law school, Sarah worked as a research assistant and a teaching fellow. Sarah was also an editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology. At graduation, Sarah was awarded the John B. Laurie Memorial Prize for academic merit and professional promise.

Prior to joining Klee, Woolf, Goldman & Filpi, LLP, Sarah spent almost a decade in workers' compensation defense for Stockton, Barker & Mead, and as senior in-house counsel for The Harford and AmTrust Financial. Sarah is admitted to practice in New York. Sarah now uses her knowledge of defense legal procedures to help injured workers obtain the benefits they deserve through the New York State Workers' Compensation system.
